Refund and cancellation policy

Every app on Mintmark can be tried free, with all its features, before you buy. Because of that, and because a licence key cannot be returned once it has been delivered, purchases are not refundable. Please use the trial to make sure the app suits you.

If an app has a fault that stops it doing what its page says and we cannot fix it, write to ameensiddique10@gmail.com and we will put it right or refund you.

Renewals

A renewal adds a further period of updates to a licence you already own. It follows the same policy as a purchase.

Cancellation

There is nothing to cancel. A licence is a one-time purchase, not a subscription, and you are never charged again unless you choose to renew.

Payments that did not complete

If a payment fails or is interrupted, no licence is issued. If money left your account for a payment that did not complete, Razorpay returns it automatically, usually within 5 to 7 working days. Write to us if it does not.

Delivery

Apps are digital downloads; nothing is shipped. Your licence key is emailed as soon as Razorpay confirms the payment, normally within a minute. If it has not arrived within an hour, check your spam folder and then write to us.
